Conquer Fitness Classes

Exciting, electrifying, and energetic - that’s what our group fitness classes are all about. It’s where you build camaraderie and new friendships with people who have similar goals, passion, and enthusiasm for Fitness, OCR, and results.  Every class is like a mini OCR!! With a monthly membership you have unlimited access to all of these regular classes offered. Get moving and come in to try one out!

CLASS SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday -  NOON, 5:30PM, and 7:00PM
Friday - 6:00PMM
Saturday- 9:30AM

Wednesdays - Strength and Cardio Essentials

Saturday 9:30 AM Weekend Warrior

Join us in kicking off the weekend with a fun and interactive kind of exercises.  We'll enjoy fast paced fitness routines in this group class.
